What age is this program for?
Kickboxing for Girls is designed for ages 8–12. If your child is near the edge of the range, contact us and we’ll recommend the best fit.
Does she need experience?

Is there sparring?
No sparring is required. Classes focus on controlled technique, pads, bags, and structured drills.
