One Punch Self-Defense Program

The objective of One Punch Self-Defense course is to build an automatic response, real and destructive power punch (Cross) to neutralize the attacker in any situation, our system was developed to be extremely effective in real life.

One Punch Self-Defense Program
The program will focus on two things:

Building the body mechanics of one single punch in such a way that the whole body weight and the momentum will be delivered to the target disabling the attacker. You will learn how to throw the punch in close, medium and long distance without losing the power.
Building defensive “street smart” moves to get you in the favorable position to deliver the power punch or escape.

The key to the success of the program is lying in the simplicity and the efficiency of the technique. With the One Punch Self-Defence technique, you will know what to do exactly, as the muscle memory is already in place and you are just reacting to the attack.

The successful self-defense technique must be automatic, you have no time to think when you are under attack, you just react! That’s why The One Punch Self-Defense program is for you. If an altercation should occur you will know exactly what to do without even thinking about it. We empower regular people to defend themselves in any situation.

The length of the One Punch Self-Defense Level 1 program course is 8 weeks (three hours per week).
