In my coaching practice, I focus on a holistic personalized approach to nutrition and lifestyle. I choose to only work with clients who are serious, ready and committed to the diet/lifestyle changes. I specialise in prevention, immunity support, and mindful living.

Nutrition is only one aspect of what I focus on. Working with a client, one step at a time we address everything from his/her diet, stress reduction (meditation, breathing, yoga), supplements as needed, detoxing their bodies and their environment i.e. toxin-free household products, toxin-free feminine hygiene products, and more.

Why I do what I do.

I live my life being flexible, open-minded and open to change. And naturally, this applies to my diet.

Abruptly in 2010, after I was diagnosed with not one, but three serious autoimmune conditions, I had to make some major changes to my diet and my lifestyle. I did not want to depend on prescription drugs for the rest of my life. This was a very hard and stressful process, figuring out how I can implement the necessary changes into my daily life. Even eating gluten-free with a family of four seemed impossible. That is why I do what I do today, in retrospect, realizing that if I had someone to support and guide me at that time, the healing would have been a much easier and faster process. In 2010 I went gluten-free, yeast-free, sugar-free. Today my diet has evolved even more, but in 2010, this what has worked wonders for me.

Next couple of years proved to be the most instrumental learning curve of my life. I was working on changing my diet, my life, and my mind. I have always been interested in nutrition and mindfulness, but now I became obsessed with it, reading, watching, listening and learning from any source I came across. I went to school, became Board Certified Integrative Nutrition and Wellbeing Coach.

By 2012 I was comfortable enough to listen to my body, to understand some of the symptoms I’d develop and be able to address and relief them. And with a family of four, I had my own private practice at home 🙂

Today I am gluten-free, sugar-free, dairy-free, yeast-free. The base of my diet consists of veggies and clean protein. I believe a person’s nutrition needs depend on many factors such as gender, age, level of regular physical activity, current health, among basics, but I also think climate and seasons play a role.

We all are different, and as our bodies change, as our environments changes, so our nutritional needs change. We need to respect and listen to our bodies to be well, healthy and to live a full happy life. And we need to understand the importance of our mindset and out perception of life.
