Kickboxing for Girls is designed for ages 8–12. If your child is near the edge of the range, contact us and we’ll recommend the best fit.
Does she need experience?
No. Beginners are welcome. We teach stance, balance, basic punches and kicks, and simple combos step-by-step.
Is there sparring?
No sparring is required. Classes focus on controlled technique, pads, bags, and structured drills.
What should she wear and bring?
Comfortable athletic clothing and a water bottle. We’ll guide you on gloves and equipment after the first visit.
