Konstantin’s famous salad

This is one of Konstantin’s (my husband) wonderful salads, it has tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, avocado, onions, bell peppers, hemp hearts. We also always add baby kale, baby spinach or arugula, we did not have any greens this time. He makes a very simple extra virgin olive oil dressing. And it is oh so yummy!

To your Health!
